Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. 7-Day Free Trial & Cancellation

All new subscribers are eligible for a 7-day free trial to experience our full somatic clinical protocol library and neural coaching. You may cancel your subscription at any time during the 7-day trial period:

• Apple iOS: Go to your iPhone Settings > [Your Apple ID] > Subscriptions > AuraTap, and tap Cancel Subscription.
• Google Play (Android): Open the Google Play Store app, tap your profile icon > Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions > AuraTap, and tap Cancel.
• Web Submissions / Online Checkout: Email us at support@auratap.life with your registered email, and we will cancel auto-renewal immediately.

Upon cancellation, your access remains active until the end of the current trial or billing cycle.

2. Refund Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your mindfulness and somatic regulation journey. Refunds are issued under the following circumstances:

• Accidental Renewal: If your subscription auto-renewed and you did not intend to continue, contact us within 48 hours of the charge for a full refund.
• Technical Malfunction: If technical issues prevented you from accessing the app and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours.
• Unauthorized Transactions: In the event of confirmed fraudulent or unauthorized charges, we will immediately initiate a full refund upon verification.

3. Refund Processing Timelines

Once your refund request is approved:

• Credit/Debit Cards & NetBanking: Processed within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment source.
• UPI / Digital Wallets: Processed within 24 to 48 business hours to the linked bank account or UPI ID.
• Apple App Store / Google Play Purchases: Governed by Apple and Google's standard billing settlement timeframes (typically 3 to 5 business days).

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email to support@auratap.life with the following details:

• Your full name and registered email address
• Date of transaction and amount charged
• Order ID or payment transaction reference number
• Reason for the refund request
